Dubai, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 23rd July, 2025) Arada has awarded the main obstacle for Ultra -Luxeri Armani Beach residual construction construction giant China Railway Group Limited (CREC).
Valuable at AED678 million, the contract will result in the development of the landmark project by the end of 2027.
CREC, a subsidiary of CREC, China Tiesju Civil Engineering has carried out extensive risk action in the Middle East, Africa, Latin American and Asia in executing complex projects.

Armani/Casa was designed in partnership with the interior design studio and Pritzkar-Praskar winner Japan’s architect Tado Endo, in the panaramik scene of Arab Jumera’s Panar, Armani beach residence and famous horizon of Dubai, as well as 90,000 square feet of high-valentine anews and 57 individuals designed.
