A car in southern Los Angeles was penetrated early Saturday morning near a street takeover, police announced.
The incident follows Two similar burglaries Earlier this week and last month in South La Autozones, in which crowds ransacked stores during possible nearby street control.
During the most recent incident, which occurred around 1:30 am on Saturday, the police received calls indicating that dozens of cars were at the intersection of Century Boulevard and Central Avenue making Burnets while hundreds of people looked at, said Jeff Lee, head of public information for LAPD.
Above the same time, calls came to report people entering a car near the intersection. The appellants said that at least some of the men wore ski masks, that they came from the street takeover crowd and that up to 50 people were inside the store taking items, Lee said.
Lee said the police responded to the blocked intersection and autozone incidents, fleeing the crowd.
Lee said that there had been no arrest for self -killing burglary, and that he had no information on the store damage or what was taken. Lee said that there had also been no arrest report when taking control of the street.
He said detectives are investigating burglary and will examine surveillance and social media images.
