Islamabad:

Alima Khan contacted the court to allow the founder PTI to sign the attorney power.

According to Express News, Alima Khan has requested the Islamabad High Court to return the documents presented to Adiala Jail after signing the documents president PTI Imran Khan.

Alima Khan has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court through barrister Salman Safdar and other lawyers, stating that the Lahore High Court has rejected bail applications. The decision to reject bail is PTI’s right to challenge the Supreme Court.

According to the petition, the appeal of the Supreme Court needs to sign PTI’s Power of Attorney. For signature, the lawyers gave documents to Deputy Superintendent Adiala Jail, which was not returned by the founder PTI.
