Washington: The United States has levied a new visa fee on all foreigners receiving non -migrant visas, under which each applicant will now have to pay US $ 250.
According to US media, additional funds will be temporarily obtained from visitors to the United States for tourism, business or education.
The fee will be charged as a “safety deposit” that will only be returned to those who will return within the prescribed period after all the conditions of the visa.
Legal experts say the new law has been implemented under the “One Big Beauty Phil Bill Act”. Although the return of $ 250 will not be automated, the applicant will have to prove with the evidence that he has fulfilled all visa conditions.
Currently, it is not clear what the fee return method will be, but the US government is expected to implement the policy soon.
