The camp is part of the team’s prepares for the upcoming Oman ILCA Champion and is a technical program designed to prepare national talents for future international competitions.
Raas Alhad was chosen as a training site for its ideal marine conditions, including stable air and favorable weather, which makes it as the most suitable places for modern sealing training. The Elex Class, especially Ilkala, reels heavily on natural environmental interactions, increases the value of such a setting.
The team consists of eight of the most promising young sailors of UAE in the ILCA 4 category:
Abdullahlaya al Jubeidi, Abdullah Mohammad al -Niadi, Omar Qais Kandil, Abdullah Fahd Al Maiiri, Saleh Hasan Al Hammadi, Abdullahman Abdullah Al Hajri, Abdullah Yusuf Al Hammadi, and Saif Tarek al Marzauki.
The team is trained by Patrick Lutomsky, as well as media representative Khalid al -Saadi.
The purpose of this training camp is to enhance the physical and technical readiness of athletes, refine its skills in a real -life racing environment, and the circumstances have to simulate Simila for internal Regottas. The team expects parties in the Oman ILCA Championship, a major event in this season calendar.
The ILCA 4 square, an Oohmpic-recognized category, creates a strong foundation for young sailors that create a strong foundation to proceed in more competitive classes such as ILCA 6 and ILCA 7. High-level individual strategy, ILCA 4 is widely considering an entrance for European and global competitions.

Khalifa Al Suvedi, president of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Academy, stressed that the training camp in Raas al -head shows the strategic vision of the academy to prepare a new place of competition internationally.
