In the AAFIA Siddiqui case, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and the federal cabinet case has been stopped from contempt of court notice.
According to Express News, the case has been stopped from the Registrar’s office Islamabad High Court to send contempt of court notice to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and ministers. According to sources in the registrar’s office, the office of Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan came into notice on 16 July that he would listen on 21 July.
The office of the Source Registrar says that the weekly roster was issued in front of Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan’s note, was now to be revised and then the cause list was to be released. According to the Registrar High Court, we wrote a note to the competent authority after 16 July about Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan for hearing on 21 July. The authorized authority has not yet come, it will only come and tell it.
According to sources in the registrar’s office, the case was not decided which was heard and the order. Now how to send a notice on the order of the court? The authorized authority will take opinion in this regard.
It should be noted that in the Aafia Siddiqui case, contempt of court notice was issued to the Prime Minister and ministers and the court ordered the Prime Minister and ministers to submit a response within two weeks.
