Preview a Pre-Fall! I just had to wait till August – before he feels very early. I have been in New York City for the last week’s shooting material and are holding meetings in the 60s and increasing the temperature. This has been a full dream. I am not quite ready to fall, but I am all ready for the pre-ball! Today I am going to highlight many of my favorite pre-poets and also publish my “rules” for the sick east. Of course, you can have beautiful Indian Madras prints, pastel plaids, and prepi gingham for summer, but the best test for me always seems to be more family. Now the time has come for them to shine! Understand pops in pop, muted menwear inspired patterns and earthen rural areas. Now, consider these pieces in interesting or indirect shape. A mixed print skirt. A cropped pants. Or even a terrible fringe bag!
