A famous British vascular surgeon cut both his legs to get an insurance of about five million pounds (about 18 million Pakistani rupees).
According to a foreign news agency, the 49 -year -old Neil Hopper (who was working in the Royal Corn Wall Hospitals NHS Trust) tried to mislead the insurance company by telling the insurance company that its feet were cut as a result of sepsis.
The court presented evidence of two major insurance claims between June 3 and 26 in 2019.
One clam (filed from the arrival group) was deposited with 2 lakh 35 thousand 622 British pounds, while the other claim was presented in the old mutual £ 21,000 and 31 pounds.
The prosecutor said that Neil Hopar deliberately provided false information in both cases and hid the exact reason for cutting the legs to get the money.
The former advisor was also alleged that the accused allegedly encouraged another person to cut the organs of others.
According to court documents, Neil Hopper has bought a video from a website that reportedly shows and promotes the cutting process of the arms and toe.
The court was told that the alleged incentive by Neil took place between August 21, 2018 and December 4, 2020.
It is clear that the General Medical Council suspended the Neel Hopper from the medical register in December 2023 after the allegations were revealed.
