Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July 2025) The last -yyt students of the BS Fashion Design Program at the National Textile University (NTU) showed their creativity, vision and technical skills in an impressive fashion show organized as part of their educational evaluation.
Emphasizing the themes of stability and cultural relevant, the show reflected the growing global trend of conscious and innovative fashion.
This phenomenon, a major feature of the final semester, attracts attention from major figures in the fashion and textile industry. A large number of fashion professionals, designers and academics attached the show, who offer graduate bat praise and encouragement for their originality and craftsmanship.
Students presented a diverse color of concepts -the cupcrassed symbolic collected for clothing inspired by Cultural and Architecture Heritage. The runway has their facility which ranges from minimum modern aesthetics to bold expansion structures, some students also discovered sustainable design practices and paper disabled matheraels.
One of the standout presentations came from Libe Javed Rai, who described his performance as a symbolic tribute to the live cycle of an eagle. “My clothes represent the strength and change of an eagle. When this beak breaks and the wing becomes weak, it renew itself and rises again, grows with great power even with Eve. A designer,” he shared.
Sheer said that her collection is a completely handcraft, which includes beaded weaving techniques and is designed using paper matheraels to promote durables.
His work specially praised his masters, profession Afzal and professor Omar, who declared him a ‘Future Star in Fashion Design’ due to his originality, skills and Thiani execution.
Another student, Roha attracted attention to his geometrically inspired clothes. “My design takes inspiration from the architecture form of the Faisal Mosque in Islamabad. Herfer in the clothes used in its pieces.
For the faculty of the university, the show is an integral part of the final assessment of the students, and the points on creativity, experience, presentation and thematic code are taken. “This fashion show is not just a performance – it is a culmination of four years of hard work, learning and development,” said one of the supervisor professors.
The guests of the fashion industry praised the emerging talent and not that such incidents bridged the gap between academics and commercial fashion worlds. Many participants were offered mentality opportunities and industry networking leads.
The program concluded with applause from guests, recognition from faculty and a common sense of account by students. For many people, it not only marked the end of their educational journey, but also made her career in the competitive world of fashion design.
