Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July 2025) Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Friday released 434,500 cusecs of water from various rim stations with 523,700 cusecs flow.
For data released by IRSA, the water level in the Indus River in Tarbela Dam was 1532.00 feet, which was 130.00 feet 1402.00 feet. The dam was recorded in the dam as 344,700 cusecs and 288,800 cusecs in the dam.
The water level in the Jhelum River in Mangla Dam was 1196.00 feet, which was 146.00 feet higher than its death level of 1,050 feet. The flow and outflow of water was recorded 40,300 cusecs and 7,000 cusecs respectively.
The release of water in Kalbag, Tunasa, Guddu and Sukur was recorded as 408,800, 409,600, 304,200 and 242,200 cusecs. Similarly, from the Kabul River, a total of 47,400 cusecs of water released at Natshera and 67,100 cusecs from the Chenab River in Marala.
