Wall -mart is introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) ‘Super Agent’ to improve consumer procurement experience and increase online shopping.
The world’s largest retail company has announced that it will soon introduce four agents on the basis of AII.
These agents, who will serve as artificial intelligence assistants, sometimes meet the needs of specific groups such as consumers, employees, suppliers, vendors and software developers without human intervention.
According to the company, these super agents will be the main source of all kinds of contacts related to AI in the future, while the company is trying to compete with contestants such as Amazon in the online sales sector.
Wal -Mart’s US Chief Technology Officer Hari Vasudio said during an event on Wednesday that when ‘Spark’ turns into a ‘super agent’ completely, they will be able to propose techniques based on the first purchased goods, schemes and even these items.

The company is also building a super agent called ‘Marti’, which will be for vendors, suppliers and advertisers. This agent will facilitate issues such as entry of accounts, monitoring of orders and construction of advertising campaigns.
The company said that Wal -mart is also working on a ‘developer’ super agent, which will be used to test all AI devices in the future.
Suresh Kumar, Chief Technology Officer of Wall -Mert, said, “Agents can help make every aspect of our work automated and easier.”
According to him, the company decided to introduce these super agents because ‘consumers are now ready, they are already using AI in their daily lives’.
The company refrained from saying whether these new super agents would replace jobs.
