The Seattle Navy launched their deadline activity on Thursday by acquiring an old All-Star from Arizona Diamondbacks.
Josh Naylor, an all-star from the American League in 2024 with the Cleveland Guardians, was exchanged by the DBACH in difficulty with a week to go before the commercial deadline of July 31 of baseball, according to several reports on Thursday.

In a commercial deadline perceived as particularly favorable to sellers, Naylor was on a short list of the best available strikers. Slugger Gaucher, he finished last season with 31 circuits, 108 points produced and an average of the stick of .243 for Cleveland.
After Naylor helped the Guardians to go to the Al Championship series, he was negotiated directly against the Slade Cecconi launcher in December.
