Karachi:
Three robbers were arrested by Mominabad and Malir City Police in Quad city, including two injured in the alleged encounters.
According to the details, the Mominabad police arrested a robber Gul Mohammed along with his colleague Irfan during an alleged police encounter near Irani Camp Kitty Hill.
Weapons, bullets, chewed shells, 4 mobile phones, cash and motorcycles were recovered from the possession of robbers, out of which details are being obtained.
Mominabad police have transferred the injured dacoit to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical help, while his associate was transferred to the police station.
Meanwhile, a robber was arrested by the Malir City Police, who survived after robbing citizens on highway Bhutto, which was identified as Shahjahan Walid Shaukat.
While his associate managed to escape from the spot, the police is searching.
Arms, bullets, mobile phones and cash were recovered from the possession of the injured dacoit, while the police transferred the injured dacoit to Jinnah Hospital for medical assistance.
Mominabad and Malir City Police are also investigating the criminal records of the arrested robbers.
