Peshawar, (Urdupoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th July, 2025) Peshawar University Teachers Association (Puta) has immediately appealed to the top leadership of the country, which has aimed at the Financial Nutrition University to establish a RS10 Billion Endovement Fund.
Among the letters, President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, Puta highlighted the serious financial situation of the institution.
The university has been recognized as one of the major educational institutions in Pakistan, since June 2025, it has failed to pay the salaries of employees, causing serious difficulty for the employees.
The association insisted that the pension liabilities of the university have surpassed Rs.1.6 billion, which has pushed it towards financial collapse. Proposed Rs.
Putt appealed for primitive special grants, emphasizing historical importance. In the ITAT to the Chief Minister, the association underlined how the wound of endowment funds permanently resolved the financial crisis, which led to the benefit of both current and retired employees.
