The Supreme Court supports Trump’s ability to dismiss independent agency leaders while legal battles take shape

The Supreme Court expressed dissatisfaction on Wednesday with judges of the lower courts who continue to block the dismissal by President Trump of agency chiefs, saying that he clearly indicated that the president can make layoffs while the legal battles are developing.
