A famous saying in English is “Justice delay has been denied Justice”, that is, delay in justice is like losing justice. In simple terms, delay in justice is not justice but injustice. There are dozens of examples in India where citizens have fought for a long time to get justice from the court. On July 21, 19 years after the Mumbai High Court, 12 so many ‘terrorists’ which got ‘justice’ cannot say that they fought for about two decades to prove themselves innocent, then the court acquitted them. In fact, on 11 July 2006, there was a series of blasts on Mumbai local trains. The explosions occurred at seven places, killing 209 people, while 714 people were injured. 19 years later, the Bamba High Court’s decision on July 21 acquitted all the accused. It is important to mention here that the Anti -Errearism Squad (ATS) arrested the suspects from July 20, 2006 to October 3, 2006. In November this year, the accused provided information in writing to the court that they were forcibly confirmed. 30 accused were made in the ATS charge sheet. 13 of them were identified as Pakistani citizens. On September 11, 2015, the special MCOCA court convicted 12 of the 13 accused and five were sentenced to death and seven were sentenced to life imprisonment. But the Bombay High Court has acquitted all the accused, turning the MCOCA court verdict.

The recent decision of the Bombay High Court has once again questioned the style of working for security agencies. The biggest question is whether the officials working in security agencies are not prejudiced? Is this a coincidence? Security agencies that create these bomb blasts belong to the same sect. At the time of the arrest of the accused by the security agencies, the same stories have been strangled, and those stories have not been able to go down the test of justice in the court. After such a terrorist incident, security agencies accused some Urdu organizations and then arrested some youths and linked their wire to Pakistan and played their ‘responsibility’. This is not the first case of sleeping -‘unknowns’. In contrast, terrorism is a long series of ruining the valuable time of their lives by implicating common citizens for a long history.

Three incidents of bomb blasts in three states of India need to be mentioned here. 32 people were killed and more than 80 injured in a terrorist attack on Akshardham temple in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. Six people were convicted after the attack, out of which 4 spent 11 years in jail. The Supreme Court later acquitted them all. One of them was Mufti Abdul Qayyum, he also wrote a book known as “11 -year -old Bars” on his innocence. His misuse is mentioned in this book.

On May 13, 2008, a terrorist incident occurred in Jaipur. 73 people were killed in the bombing incident. In this case, on September 20, 2019, the lower court sentenced Saif, Saifullah Rahman, Sarwar and Salman to death, but on March 29, 2023, the Rajasthan High Court acquitted four accused. These are the three cases in which the lower courts have sentenced the accused to the culprit, but the High Court and the Supreme Court have honored those convicted of decisions of the lower court. Is the courts not intended to do ‘justice’ here? In such serious terrorism cases, the accused convicted of the lower court has been honored in the High Court and the Supreme Court.

Respect! To prove this one word in court, security agencies and terrorists have long struggled through media tests. It is appropriate to mention the book “Procedure is the Panisment” by American writer Malcolm fly. The process is punished, judicial process. Thinking! Mumbai’s blasts have to fight for two decades to prove themselves innocent. The Jaipur Blast suspects had to fight a 14 -year long legal battle to prove themselves innocent. In the explosion of Akshardham temple, the accused had to fight an 11 -year long legal battle to prove himself innocent. There are dozens of examples when citizens have spent 10, 15,20 in their lives in jail, despite being innocent.

The evil of these accused has raised many questions. The first question is that the victims of the blast did not get justice. Secondly, agencies have taken their heads to destroy the lives of their own innocent citizens in a jail cell on charges of explosion. Then the question is, who are the real criminals of the blast? Who are the real terrorists? Because criminals and terrorists were brought to the country by telling the country, false stories, which the media tried, has acquitted the so -called terrorists. Then who are the real criminals? This question is not only related to the Mumbai train blast, but also about the explosion of the Akshardham temple who are criminals. Not only the Akshardam temple explosion, the question is who are the culprits of the Jaipur blast? In addition, there are dozens of incidents in which all the accused have been acquitted by the court.

On the decision of the Bamba High Court, former Chief Justice of Odisha High Court, Justice S. Murali Dhar has raised serious questions on both the style and intentions of the security agencies. Justice Murali Dhar said, “In this case, intentional biased investigation, innocent people were sent to jail and when they come out after years, there is no possibility of resumption of their lives. These 12 people are behind bars for 17 years. In cases where public sentiments are misled where police officers are convicted and then media tests are blamed.

Has anyone wondered what mental tortures get to the accused and their families in terrorist cases? Family, relatives and friends have a media test to leave. The allegations are made and everyone knows what kind of stories have been made by the media by mentioning the source. Now there is also a question on media’s morality. Anchor/ channel, who had already published these innocent people by calling innocent people before the court’s decision, will they apologize to these innocents after taking moral responsibility of their ‘sin’ after the court’s decision? The concept of being considered a criminal until he is found innocent, has removed many innocent people from their ‘their’. The court should only give full justice in such cases, the officers who are caught in false charges should also be punished. And citizens who have spent a long time behind the prison bars should be paid for it, they should receive this amount of compensation from the officers who implicated them.
