Earlier, Bangladesh and West Indies were partners, Pakistan had so far failed 38 out of 64 matches.
In the past, the trophy was also abandoned by the failure of the second T20 from Bangladesh.
Bangladesh is now second and third with 37 failures in 63 matches and West Indies 65 matches.
