Abdul Rahman, who was born in a poor house in Quetta, who worked in snow at an early age, has become an officer of grade 17 due to his constant hard work and dedication.
Due to weak financial conditions, he started wages in fourth grade.
He worked in the ice box during the day and made time for education in the evening.
He says, ‘The situation in our house was not such that only education could be focused. Along with reading, labor was also necessary. ,
Abdul Rahman faced many obstacles in the journey of education. It was not easy to take time to pay fees, buy books and read.
He remembers school days and says, ‘Those days were very difficult, but I did not give up. Read yourself, learned from teachers and worked hard. ,

After graduation, he decided that he would not go to the life of a monthly salary of Rs 20,000 and snow factory.
“I started applying for various positions and promised myself that I have to move forward in life, something has to be made.”
The same enthusiasm and stability brought him to the point where he passed the Public Service Commission examination in the first attempt.
Abdul Rahman, who served as a Grade 17 officer in the Archaeological Department of Balochistan, is not only proud of his family, but is also an example for the youth who dream of becoming something despite poverty, lack and difficulties.
‘I want a child who is going through a situation like me today, does not give up. If I can, anyone can do it. The real thing is enthusiasm, patience and constant hard work. ,
