The Lahore Anti -Esterism Court has issued a 42 -page written decision on the Jalova case on 9 May.
According to Express News, Arshad Javed, Judge of the anti -anti -defense court number 3, issued a written decision, according to which the prosecution could not prove his case against Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
In addition, the prosecution accused Hamza Azim Pasht, Rana Tanveer, Ijaz Rafiq, Ifatikhar and Zes Khan. Therefore, the court is predicting the accused, giving benefits of doubt.
In the written judgment, it was written that the accused Hamza Azim Pasht, Rana Tanveer, Ijaz Rafiq, Ifatikhar and Zes Khan are on bail and their guarantee is also acquitted with responsibilities, while accused Shah Ghumud Qureshi is detained, if he is not arrested immediately, he should be issued.
The written decision states that the court Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mahmood Al -Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhary, Omar Sarafraj Cheema consider 8 other accused, on the basis of which they sentenced them to 10, 10 years imprisonment.
According to the written decision, the accused has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment under Section 148, 3 years imprisonment under Section 440 and fine of Rs 50,000 and all sentences will go together.
According to the written decision, the accused have been given the benefit of prior imprisonment.
The judicial decision states that Dr. Afzal Azim Math, Ali Hasan Abbas and Riyaz Hussain were arrested and handed over to the jail authorities, while Herunt arrests were not sent to Sholi, who did not appear before Khalid Qayyum Pat.
The court’s judgment states that the incident and audio, video clip, Dr. Yasmin Rashid and video clips identified other accused, the video includes motions, gestures, sound and facial identification.
All the evidence was declared as digital evidence in the court, while the video clips of Safe City Authority and 9 video clips in the USB were confirmed by the Forensic Science Agency.
