Federal Information Technology and Telecom Minister Shiza Fatima Khwaja has said that the Prime Minister has a keen interest in the challenges and opportunities related to spectrum, the government is committed to the harmony of digital infrastructure with future needs.
According to a statement issued by the federal ministry of IT and telecommunications, federal minister Shiza Fatima met with a high -level delegation of the world organization of GSMA, which included Asia Prashant Julian Gorman’s head, Public Policy head Asia Pacific Janet White and the country’s head.
The head of Asia Pacific GSMA Julian Gordeman said, “We had a useful meeting today to discuss important stages to accelerate Pakistan’s digital change process.”
During the meeting, the sides discussed the future based on digital reforms, especially spectrum policy.

The GSMA delegation confirmed its constant support for Pakistan’s digital development and agreed to increase cooperation in the major policy sector to promote investment and digital development through prolonged partnerships.
