Welcome to another installment of color stories! Today I am focusing on one of my favorite summer combinations – red and turquoise. Why does this color work so well? To start, they sit. The red is a warm primary color, which is a blue/green mixture that is cool and refreshed. This contract can increase their visual pops when it is connected together, and you know that I like a good pop! There is also a psychological appeal. Red is a strong color that stands for passion, which is soothing turquoise and is more worn between creative sets.
