According to the Flood Forecasting Division (FFD), a lower level floods have been recorded at various places of the Chenab and Indus River. The officials concerned have issued instructions to the residents of nearby areas to be vigilant.

According to the flood forecast division, the water level has increased on the head of Marla and Qadir Abad in the Chenab River.

The arrival of water on the head was recorded at 1 lakh 44 thousand 378 cusecs and emissions 1 lakh 20 thousand 728 cusecs were recorded.

Similarly, the water level has increased in various places of the Indus River, the arrival of Tarbela barrage is 3 lakh 58 thousand kusak and the emission is 3 lakh 49 thousand 900 cusecs.

The flow of water on the fountain barrage is 3 lakh 59 thousand 753 cusecs while the emissions are 3 lakh 40 thousand 753 cusecs.

According to FFD, there is a lower level floods at all places, but if the rains continue, the situation may be even more serious.
