Eric Jones, the driver of the Legacy Motor Club, was recently presented in an interview with the team owner, Jimmy Johnson. During the conversation, Johnson asked Jones about how he dealt with his father’s death by debuting in the cup series almost a decade ago.
Jones’s father, Dave Jones, lost a sensation in one of his arm, while the 19 -year -old boy was still participating in the NASCAR XFINITY series. Doctors told Jones that his father had lung cancer and had only one year to stay. Dave passed away in 2016, 53 years old, while his son was 20 years old. After the loss, the latter debuted the Cup series as a full -time driver with furniture crying in 2017.

Eric Jones joined PTGMS motorports almost three years ago in 2022. However, the team was then transformed into the Legacy Motor Club in 2023, and since then he has been with the team. He pilots #43 Toyota Camera for the team and wants to win his first cup series with him.
