Talking to independent Urdu, PTI advocate Maqsood Butter said, “All 9 cases against PTI leaders and workers have been made politically. These decisions issued by Anti -Estrism Courts have many legal faults. The prosecution has failed to present evidence or concrete evidence in any case. These decisions will be challenged in the High Courts.

According to Maksud Butter, at least 52 members of PTI are included in cases of May 9. Therefore, through these decisions, the purpose of disqualification of PTI -Backed Members is to be disqualified, which are being sentenced. Now the Election Commission will start issuing its disqualification notification. ,

Opposition leader Malik Ahmed Khan Bhachar in the Punjab Legislative Assembly has announced a challenge to the Sargodha’s decision to punish the anti -defense court in the Lahore High Court.

“I will contact the High Court after taking a written decision from the court,” he said in a statement.

On May 9, 2023, there were violent incidents in various cities of the country during the protest of Pakistan Tehreek -E -Insefe (PTI) on the arrest of Imran Khan from Islamabad, after which a large number of cases were registered and arrested.

Hundreds of workers including PTI leadership and leaders were registered. Most of the cases have been registered in various cantonment of Pakistan, while decisions have been taken against 102 accused in military courts.
