If you are starting with a new company, the first thing you should think of who you are thinking about and trying to develop a script is how you will complete the conversation.

5. Establish a good working relationship. The importance of chit-ch cannot be eliminated. It lubricates dialogue and establishes chemistry. Smile, maintain an open posture, ask questions, display real interests, avoid interrupting, and try to mimic words and behaviors.
6. Displays its reliableness. When interacting for better allowances or money, it is important to display your expertise, abilities and dependence, as well as whatever you are asking. Discuss your achievements in the previous year, or use examples from reference or admirer.
7. Do not talk about just one thing at a time. For example, assume that your final goal is to make more money. Is it possible to cover transport fee instead?
