Attock, (Urdupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2025), in a crack on Rehwear, police in Attok have arranged 11 persons to violate Section 144, which prohibiting bathing in rivers, streams and canals amid growing floods and rainfall in Punjab. On Saturday, arrests were made by a police patrol led by ASI Muhammad Arabic of Sadar Police Station, who harassed the persons batting in Haro Rives despite the official body.
The police team faced strong resistance from the individuals, who refused to follow the ban and the insured caused public disturbances.
However, the authorities managed to implement them and booked them under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) to defy government orders. The fallen persons have been identified, and the authorities are taking strict action against them.
The authorities have appealed to the public to strictly follow the safety rules and during the ongoing euristic situation, Awam visits dangerous water bodies. The enforcement of Section 144 is to prevent the incidents of sinking, and the police have been scheduled to send public security.
